Borders Brake-away
Borders Brake-away enjoys cycle rides at a sociable leisurely pace across the Borders or further afield, mainly on quiet country roads or good tracks, stopping at tea rooms, scenic spots and places of interest. Mileage varies but is often around 50 miles taking most of the day. Although they can’t guarantee the weather, they can guarantee friendly company, healthy exercise, great scenery and usually a tea room or two for lunch or cakes; please feel welcome to join them. Gala Cycling Club
Gala Cycling Club is a well established club. The history of the club can be traced back to the 1930s. The club is forging ahead with new initiatives.
Our calendar is in excess of 40 events made up of a number of time trials, open events, sportives and audax. Alongside these we offer indoor training sessions on Wednesdays, training runs on Thursdays and Sundays. We are set in the heart of the Borders covering some of the finest routes throughout the local area incorporating stunning views and brutally challenging climbs.

Peebles Cycling Club
Peebles is at the centre of the wonderful cycling in and around the Tweed valley and the Peebles Cycling Club reflects the diversity in the area. Many cyclists will be aware of the attractions of the Glentress complex of mountain biking trails and the Innerleithen downhill and cross country courses, built as part of the 7 stanes. We also have a network of excellent and quiet country roads for training and touring rides.
PCC has over 200 members whose activities range through touring, audax, track racing, timetrialing, road racing, cross country and downhill MTB.
The Saturday Club Run meets at Kingsmeadows Carpark for a 9.30am start.
Kelso Wheelers Cycling Club
Based in Kelso, the club runs a number of events and offers Sunday social rides for those wanting to build up a bit of fitness, are new to road cycling or just want to socialise.
Auchencrow Thistle Cycling Club
Auchencrow itself is a small village which lies about 14km from Eyemouth to the east and the same distance to Duns in the west. The area boasts some of the most traffic free roads in Scotland and has the advantage of the long steep climbs of the Lammermuir hills to the immediate north and the flatter lands of the Merse to the south. Auchencrow Thistle has Sunday runs leaving from Duns.
